Harsiddhi is a spiritual brand born in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, a city blessed by the divine presence of Mahalaxmi Devi.
We are dedicated to offering Gajlaxmi idols — handcrafted and inspired by Kolhapur’s spiritual heritage — to bring prosperity, peace, and divine energy into your space.

2. Where are your products made?

All our idols are crafted in Kolhapur, known for its centuries-old devotion to Goddess Mahalaxmi.
Each piece is carefully designed, finished, and checked before dispatch to ensure purity, quality, and devotion in every detail.

3. What types of Gajlaxmi idols do you offer?

We currently offer Gajlaxmi Idols in multiple sizes and finishes, including:

     Each idol symbolizes abundance, harmony, and divine blessings — perfect for home temples, offices, or as auspicious gifts.

4. Are your idols handmade?

Many of our idols are handcrafted with traditional techniques, while others are precision-cast and hand-finished for durability and shine.
Each idol is inspected for fine detailing and spiritual purity before it reaches you.

5. What materials do you use?

Our Gajlaxmi idols are made using premium-quality resin, metal blends, or fiber with a golden finish.
All materials are sourced from trusted Indian suppliers to maintain spiritual integrity and visual grace.

6. How can I order from Harsiddhi?

Steps:

  1. Browse your preferred idol size.
  2. Click “Add to Cart.”
  3. Proceed to checkout and complete payment securely.
    You’ll receive an instant confirmation email after placing your order.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Indian payment options:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Debit & Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets & EMI (where available)

All payments are processed through secure and encrypted gateways.

8. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

At present, we do not offer COD.
Since our products are handcrafted and shipped with great care, we process only prepaid orders through secure online payment options.

9. How long does delivery take?

We process all orders within 1–3 business days.
Delivery timeline:

  • Maharashtra & nearby states: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–9 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

10. How can I track my order?

Once dispatched, you’ll get a tracking number and link via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment anytime through that link or contact our support team if there’s any delay.

11. What if my idol is damaged during delivery?

In the rare case that your idol arrives damaged:

  1. Please share clear photos/videos of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Email us at support@harsiddhi.co.in with your order number.
    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately as per our Refund Policy.

12. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
All items must be unused and in their original packaging.

13. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel an order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Please email support@harsiddhi.co.in immediately if you need to cancel.

14. Are you GST registered?

Harsiddhi currently operates as a small Indian business and is not GST-registered.
All prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable charges.

15. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship only within India.
We are working towards enabling international shipping soon.

16. How is the packaging done?

Every idol is packed with multiple protective layers, including bubble wrap and cushioning, to prevent any damage during transit.
We also include a thank you card and spiritual care note with each order.

17. Are your idols blessed or energized?

While we ensure every idol is crafted with devotion, we recommend performing your own pooja or prana pratishtha (energization) at home for personal sanctity.
However, our idols are sourced from spiritual Kolhapur, where each piece carries divine vibration.

18. How do I clean and maintain the idol?

Gently wipe the idol with a soft dry cloth.
Avoid using water or harsh chemicals to preserve its shine and finish.

19. Do you offer bulk or gifting options?

Yes! We offer bulk and gifting options for:

22. What are your working hours?

Our warehouse and customer care operate from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM (except public holidays).

23. Do you provide gift packaging?

Yes, we provide complimentary gift wrapping for special occasions on request.
Simply mention “Gift wrap my order” in the notes during checkout.
